Job Title: Network Administrator L2Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities:Installing, supporting, and monitoring LANs and WANs networks.Good knowledge and hands-on experience with FortiGate and SonicWALL firewalls, HP, Cisco, and Alcatel Switches.Support and troubleshooting of HP Aruba, Cisco, Alcatel, and Meraki wireless devices.Configuration and troubleshooting of site-to-site and client-to-site VPN technologies.Sound knowledge in IIL, MPLS, SDWAN, and PPPoE connections.Good knowledge in Routing, DHCP, DNS, NAT, ACL, QoS, STP, LACP, VLAN.Preparation and maintenance of network diagrams, inventory, and records updates.Good understanding of Cloud-based WAF technologies (Radware).Basic understanding of VOIP, IP telephony to support Cisco, Avaya, and Alcatel IP Telephony.Availability to work outside of office hours/weekends during critical and P1 incidents.Excellent communication and coordination with other peer teams/ISP/vendors.
