This role is pivotal in leveraging advanced AI technologies, including Generative AI (GenAI) and custom Large Language Models (LLMs), to create a state-of-the-art chatbot experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of AI-centric product development. This role will focus on integrating the latest AI models and technologies to enhance user engagement, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business growth.What will you do?Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the AI Chatbot that aligns with Birdeye's growth objectives.Roadmap Development: Define and manage the product roadmap for AI Chatbot features, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and data analysis.AI Integration: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies, including Generative AI models and custom LLMs, into the chatbot, enhancing its capabilities and performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.Data Analysis: Conduct user research and leverage data analytics to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize chatbot performance.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AI technologies to inform product decisions.Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on product performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.Data Review: Review and provide feedback on annotated data to ensure the quality and accuracy of AI model training datasets.What do we need?Strategic Thinker: Ability to see the big picture and align product initiatives with business goals.Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.AI Expertise: Deep understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, custom LLMs, and natural language processing (NLP).User-Centric: Deep empathy for users, with a passion for solving their problems and enhancing their experience.Collaborative: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.Innovative: Creative problem solver who can think outside the box and drive innovation.Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI and chatbot technologies.Proven track record of successfully managing and launching AI-driven products in a fast-paced environment.Experience with A/B testing, user research, and data analytics tools.Experience with project management and roadmap management tools.Strong understanding of AI, including Generative AI models, custom LLMs, machine learning algorithms, NLP, and product-led growth principles and strategies.AI Skill Sets and Technologies: Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning algorithms, Generative AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Gemini), chatbot frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa), and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
