Professional Experience:

Translate client business requirements: Convert user needs, technical requirements, and user research into defined specifications and designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging. This can take the form of visioning documents, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, diagrams, and/or prototypes/POCs. Stay updated with the latest standards and trends in the visual design field.

Business Scoping: Responsible for the business scoping of the prototype/pilot and compiling user stories.

Customer Testing: Assist with customer testing for digital solutions; develop and design insight-driven UX strategies and concepts.

Strong User Empathy: Pay close attention to the ease of use for both seasoned and beginner users of the apps/web.

Creative Asset Development: Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end; correct UI response issues.

Storyboarding: Interpret storyboards to tell visual stories that support learning; create features and components based on wireframes.

UI Development: Responsible for performant and friendly UI development; develop accessible UIs for users of determination.

Wireframes and Prototypes: Build wireframes, prototypes, and relevant assets; conceptualize the user experience for web, mobile, and other digital applications while defining systems and patterns to create intuitive interfaces.

Component Library: Leverage and expand the internal component library, improving code quality and test coverage whenever possible.

Internationalization: Ensure the application adopts different languages (internationalization and localization).

Rich Functionality: Develop functionality that is supported across multiple browser platforms and versions.

Attention to Detail: Ensure the best possible solution for our clients.

Documentation: Document services and ensure that blueprints are available.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other designers (SW Design Team) to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user experience.

Design Digital Library: Build and maintain the Design Digital Library. Share component/feature designs and screen flows with developers; verify the components and features available on DLS for consistency; create screen flows.

Unit Testing: Perform unit tests against your services, ensuring they maintain a high standard.

Best Practices Adherence: Ensure development follows best practices and adheres to internal security, performance, and styling guidelines.

Wireframe documentation

Converting artworks and Invision works to HTML compatible with Angular.

Technical and Managerial Skills:

A strong understanding of Angular frameworks (Angular 2+), including components, services, directives, pipes, and other key concepts.

Angular 14

IBM/HCL Portal

IBM/HCL WCM

Java Spring/Spring Boot & J2EE (Web development)

Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript to build dynamic and responsive user interfaces.

Familiarity with frontend development tools and libraries, such as Bootstrap, Sass, Less, and Webpack.

Experience with RESTful APIs for data exchange between frontend applications and backend services.

Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for collaborative development and code management.

Ability to troubleshoot and debug frontend applications for optimal performance across devices and browsers.

Understanding of UI/UX principles to create intuitive and visually appealing web interfaces.

Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Protractor) and best practices for unit and end-to-end testing.

Skills in optimizing frontend code and assets to improve application performance.

Familiarity with software design patterns.

Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.

Passionate about continuous learning and professional development.
