About The Role:Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:Monitor the implementation of site HSE policy, Standards and processes.Familiar with COMPANY and RLIC HSE Requirements as defined within the contract.Ability to learn and understanding of Qatar legislative requirements pertaining to HSE matters.Deep knowledge with regards to International Standards and treaties the Project have to adhere to with regards to HSE.Conduct HSE briefings and toolbox meetings with the site Construction team and workers.Ensure the correct implementation of the project HSE plan at site.Be the focal point for all HSE matters at site.Report any HSE non-compliances to the Project Management and area Construction Manager.Conduct HSE meetings and follow-up on any required actions.Control and monitor any identified hazards at site.Organize HSE functions, Incentive Scheme and HSE awards to celebrate successful achievement of key HSE milestones.Plan and organize emergency response drill with the relevant authorities as necessary.Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) on any significant hazards identified at the construction site and train workers to do JSA.Analyses and report on HSE data collected with the aim of identifying trends.About You:Formal qualification in HSE and or 5 years working experience.Good attitude and willingness to learn and participate within the HSE team.Good communicator.You have a very good level of spoken and written English.What's Next?Starting Date: November 2024Want to #BePartofTheSolution?Do you want to work in a good mood?Would you like to take part in the energy transition and contribute your ideas?Interested in joining a company that values diversity and inclusion?Send us your application!Technip Energies attaches great importance to diversity and inclusion, which is why all our offers are open to people with disabilities.
