About This Role As Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth in Brazil. Working in a hybrid environment, you will collaborate closely with both local and global teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals while adapting global strategies to resonate with the Brazilian market. This role requires fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus), as well as experience working in diverse, fast-paced environments. What You'll Need
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the Brazilian market. Experience in B2B or B2C marketing is highly preferred.
- Language skills: Portuguese speaker, fluent in English. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Marketing expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and event management. Familiarity with the Brazilian media landscape and consumer behaviors.
- Analytical thinking : Ability to analyze market data, campaign performance, and consumer insights to make informed marketing decisions.
- Project management : Proven track record of managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Collaborative mindset : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working across teams and departments.
- Marketing strategy development : Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies tailored to the Brazilian market, ensuring alignment with the LATAM regional objectives and global initiatives.
- Campaign execution : Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, content, email, and events) to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Market insights & research : Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for growth. Leverage this data to refine marketing approaches.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and global marketing, to ensure a unified approach to market challenges and opportunities.
- Event coordination: Plan and manage local events and sponsorships, including webinars, organizing speaking opportunities and finding partnerships with relevant industry players.
- Brand consistency: Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing touchpoints, while adapting content to suit regional nuances.
- Reporting & analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports on key metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion) and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

- 30 days of vacation per year
- Workers will be able to finish the working day at 14:00 on their birthday . If the birthday lands on a weekend, you can use the benefit on the previous Friday.
- Summer Hours between December and March, where every Friday we work until 14:00.
