About Our Client
our client is the leader in the industry.Job Description
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Contact clients and customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with customers as needed.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
- Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and communications.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and prepare reports.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all collection activities.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and shared service experience are required.
