The company will help create desirable jobs for Saudis, diversify the Kingdom's industrial base and expand economic opportunities for local businesses.Visit us at Home | Raytheon Saudi ArabiaJob SummaryThe Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Supplier Development Sr. Manager is an essential role within Raytheon's Operations & Supply Chain organization, based in Riyadh, KSA. This position is responsible for the successful development of all suppliers across the MENA region, primarily focused on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. This individual will ensure developed suppliers can execute planned commitments, supporting product and non-product delivery requirements across all relevant commodities. The Sr. Manager will locally lead and progress supplier maturity, expanding the RTX network of performing suppliers across the region. The successful candidate will ensure effective relationship management, results-orientation, and support strategic imperatives like RTX Goal Alignment & Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Development: Lead the development of both new and active suppliers across the MENA region, ensuring they are led and supported to meet quality, cost, and performance standards.Sourcing Maturity: Progress suppliers through the sourcing maturity/RESA process, aligning with prospective assessment requirements, program objectives, and global needs.Regional Supply Chain Development: Manage all supply chain development activities across the MENA region, establishing reliable product and non-product suppliers to meet strategic objectives.Strategic Development & Execution Leadership: Support the development and lead the successful execution of local supply chain strategies aligned with global commodity requirements, simultaneously solving RTX network constraints; positioning the regional supply chain for long-term prosperity and recurring success.Commodity Management: Support commodity management activities in collaboration with the regional commodity development manager, ensuring effective engagements and performance.Risk Management: Identify and escalate supply chain risks, implementing mitigation strategies to help deter supply interruptions.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional stakeholders, global industrialization, and supplier development functions to support offset and localization requirements.CORE Culture: Promote and drive a CORE culture within the regional supply chain organization to enhance operational efficiency and excellence for internal and external customers.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
