Purpose Of the Job:
Lead the strategic development and execution of initiatives to enhance the overall experience of associates, fostering a culture of engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Drive the design and implementation of programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment, support professional growth, and ensure the well-being of associates. Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage data-driven insights and champion best practices, ultimately attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent to drive organizational success.
Main Responsibilities:
Associate Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive engagement strategy aligned with the company's mission, values, and business objectives.
Lead and manage the team: Responsible for executing associate engagement initiatives, including associate recognition programs, wellness initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and associate feedback mechanisms.
Culture Transformation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from associates and implementing changes based on their inputs.
Cultivate Survey: Conduct regular assessments and surveys ('Cultivate Survey') to measure associate engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
Data Analyzes: Analyze data and feedback to identify trends and insights that inform the development of targeted engagement initiatives and interventions.
Embedding Engagement: Embed the concept of engagement across the company by working closely and partnering with SLT to implement key corporate level initiatives.
Enhancing Engagement: Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in associate engagement and apply knowledge to continuously enhance our engagement efforts.
Collaboration with HR Business Partners: Collaborate with HR business partners and Affiliate heads to identify opportunities to enhance associate engagement and address any barriers to associate satisfaction.
Associate Engagement Annual Budget: Develop and manage budgets for associate engagement programs and initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
Liaison with Internal Communication: Partner with the internal communications team to ensure effective communication of engagement initiatives and company updates to associates.
Associate Engagement Initiatives: Serve as a champion for diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives and ensure they are integrated into all aspects of associate engagement programming.
Main Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum Experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 8 years in a senior management role or equivalent.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to formulate and execute long-term strategies that align with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively to achieve departmental and organizational targets.
Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in engaging with and managing key stakeholders, including top executives, to ensure alignment with corporate function directives.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with different sections such as HR Development, Internal Communication, and Culture Development to align strategies and initiatives.
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and transparent communication across all organizational levels.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and craft effective solutions in a timely manner.
Change Management: Skill in driving and managing change within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing resistance.
Analytical Abilities: Capability to analyze performance data, feedback, and other relevant metrics to make informed decisions.
Team Development: Proven experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to maximize their potential and contribution.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and shifting priorities while ensuring consistency in performance and delivery.
Cultural Awareness: Understanding and appreciation of the company's culture and the importance of fostering a cohesive corporate environment.
Language: English, Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and convey complex ideas to various audiences.
Special Certification or Membership: A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
