Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.Facilitate property transactions from start to finish, including property viewings, negotiations, and contract signings.Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment strategies.Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to expand your network and stay informed about market developments.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE.Proven track record of success in property sales and leasing.Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and industry regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.RERA certification is preferred.
