Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimation as well as post-contract management for civil, interior fit-out, and joinery projects. Only candidates with prior Joinery & Interior Fit-Out Experience in UAE should apply.
Responsibilities
Review of tender documents and understanding the project requirements and scope of work
Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Quotations for Interior Fit-Out, Civil & Joinery Projects
Taking-off quantities from CAD drawings
Cost estimation for Civil, Joinery, and other Fit-Out related works including preparation of cost build-ups
Obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors as necessary for the projects
Post contract cost and contract management
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Civil Engineering Diploma
Good Skills: AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Skills
Experience: Minimum 5 years UAE and joinery estimation experience is mandatory
