Your mission is to provide expertise, build relationships, and ensure seamless transitions. A passion for technology and excellent communication skills are required for the purpose of promoting and selling products/solutions for potential and existing customers.Responsibilities: Providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. Collaborating with Account Managers to create tailored proposals and technical presentations. Designing custom solutions based on customer requirements. Managing Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase product effectiveness. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Conducting competitive analysis to highlight our unique selling points. Representing the company at industry events and webinars. Assisting with post-sales support and customer success. Providing feedback to improve products and strategies. Staying updated on network and security advancements through continuous learning. Being the main technical resource on sales calls and educating the customer about product features, specifications, and functionalities. Preparing and providing presentations or training about products for customers. Responding to RFI/RFQ/RFPs from a technical point of view and driving POCs to meet the customer's success criteria. Preparing technical and financial proposals for bidding purposes. Providing high-level design, scope of work, or bill of materials for different products. Engaging with customers to develop trusted technology advisor relationships. Managing and communicating with suppliers and vendors. Preparing and delivering product enablement sessions to the sales team. Creating accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems. Providing reports, updates, and information about daily operations to the direct manager. Coordinating closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers' business requirements.
