Title:Sr. HVAC & Plumbing Design Engineer (Saudi National)KBR-AMCDE is a leading engineering and project management services company in Saudi Arabia that provides FEED, Detailed Design, Procurement and Project Management Services to the Onshore and Offshore oil and gas markets. Exposure to successful experienced co-workers, industry best practices, advanced technology, and challenging projects makes KBR-AMCDE the ideal company providing opportunities for career growth and development.Educational BackgroundBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.Professional ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC & Plumbing design, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.Technical SkillsProficiency in HVAC design software such as HAP & ELITE CHVAC.Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, IMC, IPC, SBC, NFPA & SMACNA standards.Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other advanced design technologies.Leadership and Management SkillsDemonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of HVAC & Plumbing Engineers & designers.Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Interpersonal and Communication SkillsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.Strong presentation skills.Additional QualificationsExperience in GES+, Saudi Aramco, LSTK or similar projects.Experience in Energy Modelling will be an added benefit (but not essential).Personal AttributesHighly organized and detail-oriented.Strong commitment to quality and excellence in design.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
