RICH HOUSE REAL ESTATE W.L.L is looking for FEMALE PROPERTY CONSULTANT for Leasing and Sales Department.

• HAVING VALID DRIVER LICENSE and CAR is a MUST.

• The job is SALARY BASED with attractive commission structure based on the performance.
• Visa will be provided.

1. Listing of available properties for sale or rent on various companies' platforms, i.e.: property websites and social media platforms.
2. Promotion of properties through advertisements and listing services.
3. Consulting with clients to identify their needs and requirements.
4. Providing guidance and assistance to interested buyers, sellers, and tenants.
5. Assisting clients in negotiation, pricing, mortgage processes, legal requirements, and all other related matters, whilst ensuring fair and honest dealings.
6. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, lease agreements, and other related documentation).
7. Maintain and update an extensive database of all property listings for sale or rent.
8. Conduct background checks on prospective tenants.
9. Offer suggestions to marketing departments on ways to effectively promote and advertise properties.
10. Travel around to various properties to perform inspections or show properties to potential clients.
11. Drive prospective customers to and from various leasing sites throughout the community.
