Strategic IT Leadership:

• Develop and implement the company's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Advise the executive team on technology trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Leading the IT Transformation Journey:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT transformation roadmap to modernize the company's technology landscape.
• Lead initiatives to migrate legacy systems to modern platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Promote the adoption of agile methodologies and DevOps practices to enhance the speed and quality of IT delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the IT organization.
• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for automation, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics to drive business growth.

Core IT Functions Leadership:

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure, including data centers, cloud services, and network operations.
• Application Development: Lead the development and deployment of business-critical applications, ensuring they meet user needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Cybersecurity: Implement and manage comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect the company's data and IT assets from threats and breaches.
• Data Management: Develop and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• IT Operations: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all IT systems and services, minimizing downtime and maximizing performance.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Cybersecurity and Data Protection:

• Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Implement measures to protect sensitive data and mitigate cyber threats.

Technology Innovation and Development:

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department.
• Lead the development and deployment of new technology solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance business capabilities.

• Bachelor or Higher Degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in back-end development, which must include programming languages like C#, NodeJS, and/or other modern technologies.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in leading a technology team.
• Experience in working with CICD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Experience in design architecture.
• Experience in working with RESTful APIs.
• Experience in working with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, Azure MS SQL PaaS.
• Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes.
• Digital technology technical forward thinking and ability to design for change.
• Mobile App, Cloud solution, and modern web app design and development.
• Professional technical and business documentation.
• In-depth understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Waterfall and Agile (DevOps or Scrum).
