Deep Analysis of operations KPIs. Escalating product Technical Issues for technical problems (Software, hardware, and Parts Lists issues) when needed to vendor technical team. Escalating product epidemic quality issues to vendor Technical Support. Troubleshooting of product repair issues. Evaluating staff KPIs periodically (monthly, weekly). Implementing operational Audits. Ensure implementing vendor required setup, maintenance and periodic audits. Assess team technical capabilities. Plan, set up and implement technical training. Set up Monthly Technical Quizzes, implement it and provide feedback. Downloading latest technical materials and providing all service centers staff with it. Communicate repair instructions and precautions to concerned team members. Prepare and conduct technical audits.
