Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Quality Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Quality Management initiatives by assisting with various administrative tasks, data entry, layout and design of process and procedure templates, and creation of necessary records and forms. Your contributions will directly contribute to maintaining our certifications and ensuring the effectiveness of our Quality Management Systems.
Responsibilities:
Assist in data entry and management of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with the Quality Manager to create and maintain process and procedure templates, ensuring consistent formatting and design.
Generate necessary records and forms required for QMS documentation, audits, and certifications.
Help maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of QMS documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval for the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for documentation and audits.
Participate in internal and external audits as required, providing assistance in locating and presenting necessary documents.
Support the Quality Manager in tracking and reporting key performance indicators related to quality, compliance, and certification requirements.
Contribute to the continual improvement of the QMS by identifying opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and changes in ISO standards relevant to our certifications.
Job SpecificationQualification & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, ISO 18841, ISO 27001, ISO 20771) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards tasks.
Work mode:Work from Office.
Shift Time:UK Times 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm
Location:Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi
