These accounts are of significant importance to our strategic objectives and revenue generation. Your primary responsibility will be to drive new business opportunities within these government accounts while also managing sales quotas.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Gain a comprehensive understanding of the strategic initiatives, goals, and challenges within different branches of the US government and identify opportunities where TechInsights can provide valuable solutions.Cultivate and maintain strong executive relationships with government officials and decision-makers across different departments and agencies, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.Utilize user data and trends analysis to identify opportunities for growing account and active usage within government accounts, leveraging insights to tailor solutions that address specific needs and pain points.Implement a proactive, data-driven approach to account expansion, incorporating long-term planning strategies that align with government budget cycles and strategic initiatives, ensuring sustained growth and value delivery over time.Implement effective account management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, drive retention, and foster account growth within the government sector.Take ownership of sales quotas assigned to specific government accounts, ensuring alignment with the unique needs and priorities of each branch or agency.Demonstrate mastery in applying TechInsights' sales methodology, products, and services to address the specific requirements and regulations governing government procurement.Ensure accuracy in forecasting sales on a regular basis, considering the complexities of government procurement cycles and budgetary constraints.Stay updated on legislative changes, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies relevant to the government sector to maintain a competitive edge.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Over 15 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably within the government sector, with a track record of successful sales outcomes.Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree / MBA preferred.Proven ability to engage and manage relationships with government officials, including C-level executives and senior decision-makers across different branches and agencies.Proficiency in navigating the intricacies of government procurement processes and compliance standards, particularly within the US government.Demonstrated intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen, with a keen understanding of the political landscape and bureaucratic dynamics.Track record of building and nurturing client relationships within the government sector by providing strategic insights and tailored solutions.Ability to comprehend the unique challenges and priorities within different branches of the US government and devise innovative solutions to address their needs.Strong proficiency in using technology tools for sales management and reporting, along with excellent presentation skills.Familiarity with the entire sales process lifecycle, including contract negotiations and post-sales support within government contracts.As part of the recruitment process for this position, you will be required to submit your latest citizenship and/or permanent residency information.
