About ChillZone: ChillZone is an exciting new project dedicated to providing a rejuvenating experience to our clients in Doha. We are currently seeking a talented and multitasking male professional to join our team in the role of Full-Time Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Manage appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of services.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services.
Handle client check-ins and check-outs, processing payments and managing the cash register.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
Neat and professional appearance.
Punctuality and reliability.
Prior experience as a receptionist in a spa, hotel, or customer service role is a plus.
