As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the overall design, overseeing development, implementation, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, effectively mapping business needs to technical requirements, and ensuring scalability and performance. Your key responsibilities: Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions, demonstrating an understanding of the Roche baseline, organizations, enterprise architecture, ServiceNow solutions, and desired outcomes. Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to define, design, implement, and deliver ServiceNow solutions and ensure they address business requirements and align with future state. Create system design specifications and detailed technical documentation. Provide technical expertise and leadership in ServiceNow platform architecture, guiding internal teams and customers Ability to read and understand code to guide and support developers and develop when necessary Architecture review of current solutions and ability to improve existing designs or redesign solutions Drive innovation through research, evaluation, proof of concepts, and adoption of new technologies and demonstrate working prototypes to showcase the solution's value proposition. Design non-functional requirements and implementation review to identify gaps between design and code Develop architectural strategy and roadmaps Seek opportunities to create additional value and improve business processes Experience in architecting, building, maintaining, and operating enterprise-grade systems/applications Your qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience 7+ years of relevant experience (software development, integration, architecture design) 5+ years of hands-on experience in the following areas/technologies: Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and platform capabilities. Significant experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across products. Strong proficiency with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow scripting languages, and other supported technologies. Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON) Experience with gSuite integration is a plus Experience working in DevOps teams with Scrum or SAFe methodology Experience operating in regulated environments is a plus Strong collaboration and influencing skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire Analytical, logical problem-resolution skills Experience in working in a multicultural and international environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies. Advanced English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills Your certifications: ServiceNow certifications in System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred PRB
