Job Summary: Employee Benefit Practices-(Retention) - Managing the Employee Benefits portfolio of the corporate client.Responsibilities:Implement the delivery strategy for ensuring customer satisfaction, dependence & service patronage Build and maintain effective relationship with key corporate customers Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and make appropriate adjustments necessary for meeting client needs Utilize various mediums to engage with customers and provide quick assistance and resolution. Keeping customers updated on the latest products & service offerings Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling. Ensure the agreed deliverables are met in timely manner Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure customer satisfactionDesired profile/who should join:Excellent communication skills Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently Proficient in using Excel, Word & PowerPoint Should have good technical knowledge about Employee health Insurance/ General Insurance products. Experience in General Insurance/ Insurance Brokers Years of experience: 5 to 9 yearsEducation qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree Certifications: Any Insurance Qualification (preferred) PRB
