Field Service Engineer
Sunshine Corporation, PakistanResponsibilities:
Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and provide customer support.
Electrical panel wiring.
Analyze customer needs and determine system requirements (Devices, Sensors, etc.).
Maintenance and testing of electronic components and equipment.
Evaluate systems and recommend new devices and sensors as per customer requirements.
Manage applications to connect devices and sensors used in systems to achieve the expected results.
Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
Manage and interpret customer requirements.
Provide field service to customers.
Job SpecificationMinimum Education: B.E (Electronics) or M.Sc. (Applied Physics).
Familiar with MS-Office operating system.
Familiar with PLCs, control systems, field instrumentation, and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, RS-232, RS-485, Analog, Digital). Experience in installing and configuring different types of sensors.
High degree of quality awareness; excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills combined with the ability to detect and remedy faults/defects/problems.
High degree of flexibility; highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
In-depth knowledge in the field of control engineering.
Extensive knowledge in hardware and software configuration techniques.#J-18808-Ljbffr
