*Requirements:* • 10+ years of experience in web application development, with a proven track record of leading development teams. • Extensive experience in Java 8+, with the ability to architect and build complex, scalable applications. • Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA or newer accessibility standards and hands-on experience with screen readers. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams and solve complex problems. • Self-driven with a demonstrated ability to quickly adopt and implement new technologies. • Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments, driving best practices and delivering results. *Preferred Qualifications:* • Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, and front-end development. • Experience with Google Web Toolkit (GWT). • Proficiency in CSS preprocessors like LESS and SASS. • Strong knowledge of the Spring Framework. • Experience in using RDBMS (preferably MySQL) • Expertise in ORM concepts, including Java Persistence API (JPA) and Spring Data. *Desired Qualifications:* • Understanding of how REST APIs and web protocols work, such as HTTP, WS and DNS • Comfortable in performing tasks using the command line • Experience with Hazelcast or other distributed caching frameworks • Experience with Akka • Knowledge of SAML/OIDC protocols • Understanding of AWS services PRB
