Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to develop and execute talent attraction programsPlan regional talent attraction campaigns, crafting compelling proposals for hiring team and launch impactful lead generation initiativesCreate effective marketing collateral and develop inspiring content that showcases our unique opportunities and employer brandSupport other recruitment marketing efforts as required , driving visibility and traction for Ephicacy's employer brand Develop marketing collateral and create authentic digital contentSupport hiring ramp-up projects by planning and executing advertising campaigns across online and offline channelsHelp with creative solutions to achieve hiring objectivesSupport the recruitment team and fulfill tactical requestsSupport maintenance of Ephicacy's employer review sites and other digital real estateSupport employee advocacy initiativesShare recruitment marketing best practices Stay up to date on advertising tactics, social media tools, digital marketing, and recruitment marketing products and platformsProvide strategy and project support as needed for day-to-day work. At a minimum I would want to see the following competencies with the candidate: A minimum of (two) 2 years of experience with recruitment marketing and/or employer brandingWorking knowledge of recruitment and social media platformsProven ability to execute comprehensive talent attraction campaigns, utilizing a wide variety of mediums and channels (events, community-based channels, online, print, etc.)Exceptional written communication skills, including copywriting and editing, creating fit-for-purpose documents and presentationsProject management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyStrong relationship building and consultative capabilitiesData and analytics skills, with an understanding of how to measure marketing performance PRB
