Hertz has the largest purpose-built rental facility in the Middle East. The company continues to strengthen its position in the market by consistently introducing innovative and customer-focused services, as well as regularly training its staff at all levels. We are currently looking for a Call Center Agent who will be assigned for Hertz Operations to be based in Dubai.Candidate will be responsible for the following:Answering all inbound calls to 800 HERTZ, assisting the customer with all their inquiries and converting inquiries into reservations.Probing and creating interest of the customer by providing in-depth information about our services.Providing personalized customer service to retain the customer.Ensuring compliance with policies and customer qualification procedures.Ensuring that all rental & related records/documents are maintained in line with Hertz procedures for effective controls. Providing productivity reports to Call Centre Manager as and when required.Minimum Requirements:Candidate should have finished at least Higher Secondary Education.With at least 1 year call center experience or rental operations experience.Have the ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude.Additional experience related to the field of Customer Service would be a distinct advantage.Willing to work in a 24hr call centre and should be comfortable to work on shifts. In addition, Arabic will be considered an advantage.You must be fluent in written and spoken English.
