One of Ireland's top housing developers is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their growing team. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity to work on premium residential projects in the Waterford region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing work is completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all finishing phases on-site, ensuring exceptional quality in all aspects of workmanship. Coordinate with tradespeople, subcontractors, and site management to ensure smooth operations and project flow. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks, swiftly addressing any defects or issues. Manage project timelines and work schedules to ensure deadlines are met. Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards on site. Liaise closely with project managers to provide regular updates on progress. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman, ideally with a background in residential developments. Strong understanding of finishing trades, materials, and the construction process. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and leadership skills.
