-Maintain the relationship with and manage the customers pertaining to Sidel aftersales offering. Responsible for meeting customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction, whilst developing and maximizing sales and margin contributions for Sidel in given territory. Customer point of contact for Services and aftersales activitiesYour MissionGrow sales and profitability of Services offering, adapt regional services strategy to his/her territory, direct and implement action plans with aftersales teamEnsure that customer production line is optimized to the maximumResponsible for performance of Sidel products, reports non-conformities and responsible for issue resolution processPropose new Services products that add value to the Customer and are profitable for SidelSell and negotiate Sidel Services portfolio, according to rules and processes of the CompanyPlan customer contacts, visits and promotionsCoordinate and analyse market and competitor information, provide forecasts and report to relevant stakeholdersResponsible for his/her region outstanding and overdue payment performanceIs in charge of given account in his/her regionYour ProfileLevel of education and languages:Bachelor's degree or equivalentGood level of Arabic and English LanguageRequired experience and skills:5 years of sales experience and experience on the field (maintenance, production, Field Service Engineer)Knowledge of Filling and packaging industry equipment and services is preferred
