My client is one of the world's leading Principal Main Contractors who, in their 120-year history, have delivered iconic projects across all continents within the Building and Infrastructure sectors. With over 10,000 employees globally, they are renowned for their expertise in design and build as well as for using highly innovative methods of construction. Our client has been in the GCC region for over 20 years and has recently been awarded a multi-million dollar mixed-use development project in Doha, Qatar.We are looking for a Planning Manager who has extensive experience working as a Delay Analyst on issues relating to design changes and variations on the project's program. Duties will include Time Impact Analysis, Extension Of Time claim submissions, with the ability to summarize the findings into a narrative substantiated by supporting documents, and communicate the findings to the Client's representative in a convincing manner.To be considered for this role you must have/be:At least 10 years of experience in dealing with Delay, Planning, and Design Issues.Experience working in the capacity of a Delay Analyst, Design Manager, or Planning Manager.Current or past GCC experience.Experience working for a leading main contractor.About The Company:Imperium Consulting is an international recruitment consultancy that specializes in delivering tailored and professional solutions within the Construction and Oil & Gas Sectors.
