Responsibilities:Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all Qatar Labour regulations.Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization.Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.Administer payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes.Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.Maintain HR systems and processes.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.Conduct performance and salary reviews.Provide support to HR staff.Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.Design and implement employee retention strategies.Requirements:6+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles.Exceptional organizational and communication skills are required.Knowledge of HR systems and databases.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Should be proactive team players with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change.An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial.Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.Education:Master's (Preferred).Experience:Human Resources Management: 5 years (Preferred).Job Types:Full-time, Permanent.Application Questions:What is your Salary expectation?Do you have a valid QID with NOC?If you are selected how soon can you join?
