Senior Static Engineer
تفاصيل الوظيفة
- 15 years experience in the domain is required.
- In Vessel and Layout in oil & gas project/industry specially for onshore fields.
- In project at all life-cycle stages of project development (Basic and Detailed Engineering. Construction )
- Oil & Gas Piping & Vessel Materials. Design. Manufacturing and Testing according to industry standards and company specifications
- International Vessels codes i.e. ASME B31. B16. ASME VIII. ASTM. API. ANSI
- In Piping software & Piping vibration assessment - like PDMS/E3D. Caesar
- In Sour Gas Service design
- Fabrication and NLG design.
- The job holder assists and reports to the Engineering Manager. The job holder is entitled to comply with rules and requirements of Project.
- The job holder brings support in Static Engineering
- The job holder may have to liaise. as requested. with Iraq affiliate Engineering Dpt.
- The job holder shall observe strict confidentiality in the performance of his duties.
- The job holder is also accountable for demonstrating individually an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules & requirements.
- Supervision and coordination of Vessels and Lay-out Engineering of EPC Contractors.
- Project and cost management in liaison with other disciplines
- Technical papers preparation to support management position for clarifications/ decisions with regulatory authorities of host countries. other entities or partners
- Deviation requests coordination to the project referential. in a timely manner and with due consideration to cost and schedule
- Participation during key project reviews. plot plan reviews. HAZOP reviews. constructability review and design/model review meetings
- Review of Vessel and layout documents in accordance with industry standards. codes and company specifications such as drawings of Vessel & supports. associated 3D Model. Stress analysis report. piping support. MTO. Layouts. Isometrics
- Ensure the respect of the technical rules on construction discipline (correct usage of company's General Specifications and international norms) in pressurized vessels.
- Ensure all interfaces to other disciplines are clearly defined and correctly engineered.
- Support to possible technical queries and derogations to Project specifications (technical. costs. planning. interfaces. reporting).
- Contribution to the evaluation of engineering. procurement. construction. installation and review/approval of deliverables from the design contractor (Engineering drawings. calculation notes. specifications. procedures).
- To comply with HSE requirements and to support and enforce the HSE Project objectives and directives.
- To support and implement the Project HSE management system (plans. procedure and specifications).
