Senior Brand Manager - Venues

We are seeking a talented Senior Brand Manager to join our team and lead the branding efforts for our hospitality & nightlife venues. The Senior Brand Manager will play a leading role in shaping the brand strategies and driving the success of our newly and soon to be launched hospitality & nightlife venues.

Fully accountable for building, delivering & driving the brand strategies for our newly and soon to be launched hospitality concepts.

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance the presence and reputation of our hospitality venues - pre and post opening.

Build a solid marketing plan mix through delivery of appropriate channels that drive a direct conversion to revenues.

Manage our venues marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track campaign performance to ensure alignment with business goals and ROI.

Lead on brand deliverables including advertising, digital marketing, social media, events, and experiential activations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.

Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our venues to a diverse audience.

Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Manage relationships with external partners, sponsors, and vendors to maximise exposure and partnerships across each venue.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of branding initiatives and campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or advertising in the hospitality industry, ideally with local experience in Saudi Arabia or the ME.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement in the hospitality industry, with pre and post-opening experience.

Strong understanding of the music industry and trends, with a passion for nightlife and entertainment.

Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively to deliver results.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve marketing objectives.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively and influence stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimise marketing strategies.

Ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.
