- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with clients' business objectives and target audience.
- Lead client meetings and presentations to discuss campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and upcoming initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and planning to deliver integrated solutions that drive results.
- Provide strategic guidance on social media communication, including content development, community management, and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Manage financial reporting for client accounts, and ensure collections.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on career growth, performance improvement, and skill development.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in digital marketing, continuously enhancing expertise and thought leadership within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior teams to contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency.
- Minimum 3- 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital strategy and social media communication.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with experience managing social media accounts for brands.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver high-quality work.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to translate client objectives into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Dashboards)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and decision-making.
- Client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
