Responsibilities:Patient Outcomes: Focus on improving patient outcomes through personalized treatment plans, medication optimization, and effective crisis management.Patient Engagement: Foster ongoing patient feedback and engagement to enhance treatment adherence and satisfaction.Patient-Centered Treatment: Collaborate with patients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.Medication Management: Monitor and evaluate medication efficacy, ensuring adherence to prescribed regimens and follow-ups on compliance.Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress.Collaboration: Work closely with HR and wellness teams to promote corporate health programs and preventive care initiatives.Therapy Engagement: Encourage active participation in therapy sessions, measuring engagement rates and adjusting strategies as needed.Referral and Collaboration: Facilitate efficient referrals to specialists, tracking referral success rates to ensure continuity of care.Crisis Response: Develop and implement effective strategies for crisis management, monitoring response times and patient outcomes.Qualifications:MBBS or equivalent medical degree2-3 years of experience as a practicing psychiatristStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environmentCommitment to ongoing professional development and patient-centered careJob Types:Full-time, Part-time
