The main tasks:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize lost sales due to availability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices.
Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to meet customer demands on time.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of the supply chain.
The responsibilities:
Analyze inventory levels to achieve high levels of shelf availability.
Manage inventory and supply chain according to company guidelines and policies.
Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct items are in place with sufficient quantity.
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers between branches.
Implement improvements to existing operational procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Ensure purchase orders are processed on time.
Submit all reports required to enhance inventory and supply chain management.
Adhere to HSE rules and maintain high levels of KPIs to match company objectives.
Job requirements:
Degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.
Years of experience in the field of commercial and automotive parts of ERP systems or similar.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
