Senior HR Business Partner - RecruitmentOur client is a financial and professional services firm specializing in commercial real estate services and investment management. They have more than 48,000 people in 1,000 locations in 70 countries, serving the local, regional, and global real estate needs of those clients.They have a market leading position with business covering Strategic Consulting, Valuation, Office Leasing, Investment, Hotels and Research, as well as a specialist in the team dedicated to the deployment of Middle East capital outside the region. Their client base includes leading Developers, Investors, and Occupiers - both public as well as private.The role of the Senior HR Business Partner - Recruitment will involve utilizing recruitment technology applications and agreed end-to-end processes to provide recruitment services across all areas of the business.A key component of this role is to design innovative direct sourcing strategies to attract candidates from within the market place in a cost-effective manner. This is a key role that requires a responsive and client-facing individual.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for following the end-to-end recruitment process.Oversee the recruitment and selection across the MENA region.Work with the hiring manager / HOD to complete a detailed job description / Specification.Assist in developing the sourcing strategy for each role recruited and agree the strategy with the hiring manager / HOD.Ensure all requisitions are fully specified and tracked through the correct authorization, sourcing channels, and processes.Interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting, and building talent pools.Manage our presence on job boards, ensuring at all times we are getting value for money out of the agreements and our listings are positioned for maximum effectiveness.Job SkillsTo be a part of this organization, you will possess the following knowledge, skills & abilities:English fluency is essential, Arabic fluency will be preferred.KSA, UAE, and Egypt experience is preferable but not essential.Educated to a degree level in HR or related discipline.Experience of both Agency and In-House recruitment preferably gained in a professional services environment.Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. E-media, networking, advertising and database searching).Expertise in writing job descriptions.Well versed with GCC Labour Laws.Ability to meet deadlines.Ability to organize and prioritize workload.Ability to manage changing situations.Ability to pick and close things up quickly.Ability to work under pressure.Confident, Credible, and Reliable.Flexible and Adaptable.Possess excellent communication skills.Proficient in the use of e-media.Proficient in MS Office particularly Word and Excel.About The CompanyKershaw Leonard is committed to finding 'First Class' people for its 'World Class' Clients.
