Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the design process for the client, creating innovative and functional architectural solutions that meet client expectations while incorporating sustainable design practices. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance throughout the design and construction phases. Review and approve design documents, construction drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff, fostering professional growth and development within the team. Requirements: Relevant qualification 6+ years experience in Architecture roles Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and graphic presentation tools.
