Role Objective:To maintain the inventory health and build the relationship with the suppliers and operations team to deliver business outputs.Job Summary:The Inventory Health Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, availability, and health of inventory within the retail organization. This role involves analyzing inventory data, managing stock levels, implementing best practices for inventory control, and collaborating with various departments to optimize inventory management processes.Key Responsibilities:Inventory Analysis and Reporting: Identify and address discrepancies in inventory records and highlight to relevant stakeholders.Execution of RTV: Manage end to end execution of vendor returns and track the eligibility and accuracy of returns.Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve inventory-related issues and improve supply chain efficiency.Capacity management: Join forces with the WH operations team and track capacity utilization and space utilization in the WH.Continuous Improvement: Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving inventory health and overall supply chain performance.Preferred Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.Familiarity with retail operations and merchandising.
