Job Title:- Sales Manager / Account ManagerMinimum Exp:- 10 + YearsDivision:- Product & Engineering ServicesJob Area:- Business Development / Account ManagementLocation:- PuneDomain - Aero/ Engineering/ RailEducational Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering/ Electronics & Communications from an institute / university of repute (Required)MBA from an institute / university of repute (Preferred)Responsibilities:Formulating of Business Strategies, forecasting and business planningHold direct responsibility for Sales Quotas and Business PlanTo prospect, qualify, and capture new business opportunitiesEngage with Designs & Engineering/R&D Heads, build relationships at C-Level with key accounts and clientsUnderstand and comply with order booking, invoicing and collections processesResponsible for account management of Key CustomersUnderstanding customer's business, strategies and objectivesPenetrating customer's organization horizontally and verticallyDeveloping strong relationship with customer key peopleAccount Mining & Cross SellingEngage in regular monthly and quarterly business reviews and weekly forecast activitiesDevelop strategic goals and determine global strategies for developing new business opportunitiesRequired Skills:Individual with a minimum 8 to 10 years of quota-carrying sales experience and a successful track record with target accountsPrior experience in selling embedded system design services / product development / consulting servicesComfortable with sales operations including the creation and management of large and sustainable sales pipelines, accurate forecasting and sales reportingA team player who can seamlessly co-ordinate between internal and external customersPlugged into the engineering organizations of verticals such as Automotive, Storage, Healthcare, Industrial Automation etc.Evidence of success establishing and cultivating business relationships with 'VP' and 'C' level executivesProven experience dealing with complex business and software development processes and issues within the OEM environmentDemonstrated ability to recommend appropriate solutionsSound experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue generation, Demand and Opportunity management, Commercial Negotiations & Legal MattersAbility to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple client contacts in a self-driven environmentExcellent Interpersonal and Communication skillsMust be able to operate independentlySelf-Motivated, High Energy & Team PlayerAbout Us:Capgemini Engineering combines, under one brand, a unique set of strengths from across the Capgemini Group: the world leading engineering and R&D services of Altran - acquired by Capgemini in 2020 - and Capgemini's digital manufacturing expertise.
