Role Overview:

The People and Culture Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our workplace culture, developing our people strategies, and ensuring Digico Solutions is not just a great place to work, but a place where careers flourish. This role is perfect for someone passionate about employee engagement, talent development, and creating an inclusive environment that drives high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent.

Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements:

Proven working experience as an HR Manager, People and Culture Manager, or similar role.

Demonstrated ability to form, foster, and lead a progressive HR function within a dynamic environment.

Knowledge of HR systems and databases; ability to leverage these tools to produce insightful reporting.

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Degree in Human Resources or related field; further HR qualifications or certifications are a plus.
