The Business Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing the organization's business processes using the Alfabet enterprise architecture management software. The key responsibilities include:Business Process Modeling:Develop and maintain visual process models using Alfabet's process modeling capabilities, following industry standards like BPMN.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and document the end-to-end business processes.Ensure process models accurately reflect the current state of operations and identify areas for improvement.Process Simulation and Optimization:Utilize Alfabet's simulation tools to analyze process performance and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.Propose and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business outcomes.Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the impact of process changes before implementation.Process Automation and Orchestration:Work with IT teams to integrate Alfabet with workflow and business process automation tools.Assist in the design and implementation of automated processes, ensuring seamless execution and integration with existing systems.Monitor the performance of automated processes and make adjustments as necessary.Governance and Compliance:Ensure business processes adhere to organizational policies, industry regulations, and best practices.Maintain comprehensive process documentation and versioning within the Alfabet platform.Demonstrate compliance with relevant standards and regulations through Alfabet's reporting and analytics capabilities.Process Improvement and Change Management:Continuously analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement, leveraging Alfabet's data and analytics.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.Manage the change management aspects of process optimization, ensuring effective communication and user adoption. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ALFABET suite of products Highly effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English. Strong expertise in ALFABET architecture, configuration, and customization. Strong understanding of business process management concepts and methodologies Proficiency in using Alfabet software for process modeling, simulation, and optimization Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders Experience in process improvement and change management Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to business processes
