DescriptionDevelop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, alliances, and market niches.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.Lead client presentations, negotiations, and proposal development to secure new contracts and partnerships.Ensure a seamless transition from business development to operations for new clients.Work closely with the strategy & operations teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.Mentor and support junior business development staff to build a high-performing team.Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives.Prepare and present detailed reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and market feedback.Job SpecificationAl Benaa Real Estate Investment PJSC (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Business Development Manager in the field of Business Development in one of their offices located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree qualification and at least 5 years of experience. The position requires sales, business development, strategy, revenue, market expansion, new business, market research, and proposal development mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
