Job Description: We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our organization's information systems, analyzing potential threats, and implementing security measures to prevent data breaches and cyberattacks. You will work closely with IT teams and other departments to ensure the security and integrity of our digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures.

Conduct regular security assessments, including vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and risk analysis.

Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and investigate security breaches and other incidents.

Implement and manage security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and encryption technologies.

Provide guidance and training to staff on security best practices and emerging threats.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technology solutions.

Collaborate with the IT team to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.

Respond to security incidents and provide detailed reports and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in a cybersecurity role, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity methodologies and practices.

Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.

Proficiency with security technologies and tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, antivirus software).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
