Contingent Upon Award of ContractPurpose and Scope:The Program Manager has overall responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the operation. Accountable for production, supply, production control/planning and quality management aspects of operation.Essential Responsibilities:Provides direction and leadership to all site assigned personnel.Prepares and submits site labor/non-labor budgets, forecasts estimated costs, and controls subcontractors.Controls service contracts in support of site operations.Manages all department managers/staff assigned to site operations.Manages and coordinates research and investigations into business problems.Provides guidance and assistance relative to operating problems and projects.Oversees scheduling of work assignment and workloads in accordance with operational tasking and maintenance requirements.Performs all other position-related duties as assigned or requested.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. Advanced degrees such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related field can be advantageous.Certifications: Relevant certifications for this position include Project Management Professional (PMP).Clearance: Must possess a Secret Security Clearance.Significant experience in life support services and/or logistics management with a minimum of 15 years at the PM or Deputy PM level. Also have a minimum of 5 years of experience within the last 10 years providing such services to large facilities or operations greater than $10 Million in annual operations. Experience, particularly in the range of $100 Million or more is highly desirable.Financial Management: Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis, with the ability to manage a large budget effectively and ensure cost-efficient delivery of services. Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and risk management is valuable.Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship Required.Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
