JOB DESCRIPTIONWood is currently recruiting for a PMC Lead Contracts Engineer to support our ADNOC offshore project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.RESPONSIBILITIESPromote and demonstrate safety leadership behaviorsAlways act ethically and with the utmost integrityChampion and follow the relevant DOA and commercial / contracting policiesManage, support, and deliver, under limited supervisionClient contracts (bespoke and standard forms) including project-specific contracts and MSA'sReview proposed contract qualifications with other functions, as required, to ensure the balance of risk is appropriate for the associated services and remuneration modeProviding overviews of contract T&Cs and associated issues to senior management and execution teams, as applicableProvide guidance to the assigned business(es) on client contracting and negotiation strategies and terms and conditionsEngagement with other functions to identify strategies to avoid/mitigate risks associated with contract terms and Contracting Policy deviationsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in engineering is a pre-requisite for the roleMinimum 15 years in oil and Gas industryMust have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position for offshore EPC Oil & Gas projectsMust have offshore cables experience in the same roleABOUT USWood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
