English Call Center Representative (Remote)We are looking for an English Call Center Representative.Responsibilities:Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.Providing information, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer issues.Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, surveys, or sales leads.Assisting customers with service information, troubleshooting, and technical support.Resolving complaints or escalations in a courteous and timely manner.Accurately documenting customer interactions, details of inquiries, and resolutions in the company's database or CRM system.Following call center scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.Adhering to company policies and guidelines.Achieving set targets for call handling, resolution times, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance metrics.Providing feedback on processes, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting solutions to enhance customer experience.Requirements:Graduated is a must.Fluent in English and Arabic is a must in speaking and writing.Proven experience of a minimum of 1 year as an English Call Center Representative (e.g., Vodafone UK, HSBC).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various customer scenarios.Full-time position.Working days from Monday to Friday.Working hours: 9 hours including a 1-hour break.We offer private medical insurance.Monthly bonus.Interested candidates, kindly apply through LinkedIn or send your resume to (email protected) and mention your job title in the email subject.
