Manager Engineering

Job Responsibilities1.Technical Expertise and Problem Solving:· Have a sound knowledge of on hand working on the processing of Boilers and Utilities.· Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex engineering issues and challenges.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions, resolve technical problems, and drive continuous improvement.· Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.2.Team Leadership and Management:· Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.· Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.· Set clear goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with company strategy and priorities.· Know about the E&I procedures and technicalities.3.Project Management:· Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of engineering projects from inception to completion.· Allocate resources, monitor progress, and manage budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.· Implement effective project management methodologies to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.4. Process Improvement and Quality Assurance:· Develop and implement engineering processes and standards to enhance productivity and quality.· Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.· Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.5. Communication and Stakeholder Management:· Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide project updates, highlight key issues, and present solutions.· Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to facilitate collaboration and achieve business objectives· Act as a key liaison between engineering, production, and other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.Qualifications & Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.· 10-15 years experience in engineering management, preferably in theBeverage Industry .· Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.· Excellent project management abilities, including budget management and resource allocation.· Solid understanding of engineering principles, processes, and technologies.· Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levelsJob Type: Full-timeApplication Deadline: 30/09/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
