What We're Looking For:

Proficient in both written and verbal English, with a talent for clear and empathetic communication.

At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a retail or e-commerce setting.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A suitable home office setup with a PC or laptop (minimum 15 Mbps internet speed).
