ABOUT JOB

Our Company is in search of a part-time Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to help us maintain our open and collaborative culture. In this role, you will manage our office support our Leadership team with Administrative tasks.

Preferred Hours:Monday-Friday 10:00am-2:00pm or Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:00-5:00pm. Hours may vary from week to week depending on office and support needs.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage office operations including mail sorting, badge creation, overall office organization, etc.

Coordinate lunch orders for In-Office Wednesdays and individual team

Support Leadership team with expense reports, travel booking, and miscellaneous needs

Serve as point of contact for vendors

Maintain the all technical equipment and assist with occasional troubleshooting

Within 1 Month, you will:

Onboard and learn about company's mission to improve outcomes

Understand company's values and how our teams collaborate to drive results.

Learn our internal communication tools, norms, and practices, including G-suite, Slack, Concur, Zoom.

Manage the office operational tasks, which include: collaborating with our IT vendor to keep conference rooms up and running, organizing in and out going mail, ordering office supplies, etc.

Coordinate meetings, meals, and travel for the leadership team and other departments as needed

Complete monthly expense reports for yourself and Members in need of assistance
