The CompanyMy client is a growing retail business looking to recruit for a Recruitment Manager to work in a fast-paced environment.The RoleThe main duties of the role will include:Recruitment Pipeline/Manpower Planning:Responsible for the development of the manpower plan and the matching of recruitment against the plan for effective and smooth running of the operation and support functions.Operational Recruitment:Planning and executing the recruitment strategy to meet the staffing requirements of the organization;Liaising with recruitment firms;Facilitating the entire recruitment cycle and participating in the selection process for Supervisory and above positions.Strategic Recruitment:Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source;Build relationships with local and international universities to attract students for company internships and graduate placements;Continuously innovate by exploring market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization;Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.The ideal candidate must have the following to be considered for this role:Recruitment experience in the UAE in a fast-paced/high-volume environment, ideally within retail - essentialManaged a team - essentialAble to work under pressure and tight deadlines - essentialAble to manage all admin associated with the recruitment process - essentialExcellent communication skills - essentialAbout The CompanyMackenzie Jones Middle East has decades of HR, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Sales, Secretarial & Business Support, Management Consulting, and Engineering recruitment expertise.
