Key Responsibilities
Support Frontline managers to drive bottler alignment on the projects (both Integrated Marketing Experience campaigns and innovations) that s/he is (co)leading through key strategies, objectives, activity calendar, success metrics
Drive vertical integration of the projects he/she is leading through transformation of brand strategies/campaigns to actionable and measurable activation plans on both consumer and shopper fronts partnering with Integrated Marketing Experience, Customer commercial leadership team, Franchise Leadership and bottling partners' teams.
Assume project leader role on the projects that s/he is leading facilitating collective genius and collaboration among Category Teams, Integrated Marketing Experience Team, Customer commercial leadership team, Franchise Leadership, Finance, Technical, PAC, Legal and relevant bottling partner's team.
Develop the idea, drive the system wide alignment (Idea, execution, Key Business Indicators, budget) and oversee the execution of national/regional/channel/account specific promotions that will amplify the brand ideas/programs/innovations aligned to be deployed the market.
As the owner of the projects own direct marketing expense management and due diligence related with the projects s/he is leading and support frontline/senior frontline senior managers on the same.
Bring a holistic understanding-based brand analytics in the specific projects as well as on the overall brand progression that would feed into risks/opportunities of the brands/business/region/channels as well as project specific AARs.
Be the owner of local insights both brand/projects based as well as overall consumer psyche and feed them to rest of the system for effective strategy articulation and activation planning
Provide input to localization and real-time amplification of Integrated Marketing Experience campaigns within the region and/or participate in agile development of market-level integrated marketing communications campaigns
Manage brand activation at the field level, including point of sale activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging mkt assets), in coordination with bottlers
Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customers
Role Requirement
4 Years Marketing activation and leadership experience
Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively within the team (FL, Cat, IMX) and across functions (Customer commercial leadership team, Franchise, technical) to execute projects
Ability to develop relationships with key bottlers and coordinate details (calendars, metrics) of local activation with bottlers
Ability to lead activation agencies to bring agreed upon plans to life on time
Ability to analyze market and industry trends, consumer insights and identify market opportunities
