Business Development Manager (Energy Markets)

Responsible for implementing corporate business development strategy and generating revenue and constant growth, while enhancing its brand by offering value to customers and other stakeholders.

Explore, plan, and implement current and new market initiatives and opportunities; including the development of a network of contacts with clients and associates to cultivate relations that yield viable opportunities and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate business development strategy

Map and maintain awareness of the latest industry developments and market trends.

Identify opportunities and sales leads for boosting revenues and business growth.

Develop and nurture relationships with current and potential clients.

Develop, update, and conduct corporate presentations and marketing material.

Assess client needs and create connections to provide solutions and services by the company.

Identify potential projects and business partners.

Prepare regular status reports on goals, progress updates, and achievements.

Attend conferences, workshops, meetings, and industry events.

Monitor market competition landscape and trends.

Communicate and collaborate regularly with company business units.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Experience in sales, marketing, project development, and related fields.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Business intelligence and analysis skills.

Excellent organizational and collaborative skills.

Proactive with the ability to thrive with minimal guidance and manage a changing environment.

Proficient in the latest technology including CRM, MS Office, and other collaborative tools.

Market data analysis and reporting.

Vast experience in a similar position.

Knowledgeable in the energy market business and projects.
